About Ada Tech Institute Ada Tech Institute is a modern technology education center offering coding, robotics, AI, electronics, 3D design, and game development courses for kids and teens. We are growing rapidly and looking for a confident Sales Executive to join our team. Position: Sales Executive Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Conversion Contact leads through phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins Explain our tech courses clearly to parents Schedule and manage trial classes Follow up with parents and convert them into enrollments Maintain proper CRM records and follow-up notes Customer Service Guide parents regarding fees, schedules, curriculum, and institute policies Communicate politely and confidently Build long-term relationships with parents Sales & Reporting Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets Upsell additional courses or levels Maintain accurate daily reporting of leads and conversions Institute Support Assist during trial classes, events, and weekend student flow Coordinate with teachers for scheduling Support reception and parent meetings when required Skills & Qualifications Good communication in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus) Confident in phone and in-person conversations Strong follow-up and closing skills Quick learner with interest in tech education Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Professional, presentable, and reliable Salary & Benefits Basic Salary: AED 2,000 per month High commission per sale (uncapped) Additional incentives for target achievement Professional training provided Growth opportunities within the institute Working Days & Hours Working Days:Wednesday to Sunday Monday and Tuesday are weekly off Working Hours: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Weekly hours ≈ 46 hours)
