Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote the company’s accounting, VAT, and corporate tax services to potential clients across various industries.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct sales presentations and consultative meetings to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Follow up with leads, prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Understand client needs and propose the right financial solutions and service packages.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals.
- Stay updated on UAE tax laws, VAT regulations, and accounting compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery after sales closure.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and market feedback to management.
- Represent the company smartly and professionally in all client interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individuals with a positive attitude will thrive in our competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for building rapport with clients.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
