Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded to drive retention.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to the unique challenges of potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, demonstrating a keen understanding of pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote the company’s offerings.
- Stay updated on competitor products and market dynamics to strategize effectively and maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field to ensure a solid foundational knowledge of sales principles.
A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, particularly in B2B environments, to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in the specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance) to leverage industry knowledge for better client engagement.
Fluency in English & Arabic is mandatory.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Self-motivated and adaptable, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
