Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
- Provide timely feedback and insights to management regarding market conditions and customer requirements.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an office-based (on-site) environment.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
