Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Provide timely feedback and insights to management regarding market conditions and customer requirements.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in an office-based (on-site) environment.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
