Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and freight ecosystem. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and account management. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure service quality. Provide market insights and competitor analysis to the management team. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent. 3 plus years of sales experience (logistics/freight preferred). Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred). Results-driven and customer-focused. Excellent interpersonal and networking skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. High levels of ownership, target orientation, and field discipline Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and coordinate with multiple departments
