Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Executive responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead Generation: Identify, research, and reach out to potential eCommerce merchants and brands.
  • Prospecting: Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls and demos.
  • Sales Execution: Prepare proposals, pricing quotes, and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets. Negotiating and closing sales with qualified customers.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Forecast and report on sales activities and conversion rates.
  • Communicate with customers regularly - via phone, email, online chat, or visits.
  • Conduct demonstrations of ordable//strong> products with proficiency and professionalism.
  • Work closely with Marketing for lead nurturing campaigns and event support.
  • Coordinate with Onboarding and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Understand customer pain points, goals, and eCommerce strategies to offer relevant solutions.
  • Create content to help with communicating the ordable//strong> brand to customers
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and other data that could help ordable//strong> continue to be relevant to its customers.
  • Support in the handling of social media, public relations efforts, and content marketing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Written and spoken proficiency in both English and Arabic

  • 2 5 years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in eCommerce, or digital platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms.
  • Comfortable with sales tools and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • A multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role and play a key role impacting the value of a fast-growing company.
  • Ability to listen, earn trust, persuade, consult, and confidently close sales with customers. Hence, a highly engaged, high-energy, motivated, collaborative team player.
