Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients across various sectors.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement to close deals and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote the company s offerings.
  • Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas in alignment with company objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel locally as required for client meetings and events
