Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Present and promote company products and services to clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Resolve client issues and provide after-sales support to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and market developments.
