JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in India and international markets.
2. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
3. Setting up meetings with potential clients, build relationships and negotiate deals
4. Develop strategies to target specific segments within the marine industry, such as Automation & Calibration LSA FFA Fire & Gas detection systems Marine safety equipment's Firefighting & Rescue equipment's Life rafts & Lifeboats Life Saving & Survival Equipment
5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
6. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

REQUIRED SKILLS

1. UAE Driving License
2. Fast learner and passion for sales
3. Willingness to travel (National & International)
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills and the ability to deal foreign customers
5. Ability to achieve desired targets both individually and as a part of a team
6. Proficient understanding of marine industry products and services.
7. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
8. Effective conflict resolution skills to manage disputes and maintain client relationships.
9. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is a plus
