Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

· Support the F&B Manager in maximizing profitability for Al Forsan International Sports Resort, focusing on revenue generation from the Catering and corporate event section.

· Increase restaurants footfall.

· Identify potential business partners for marketing, promotions, and PR collaborations.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and field visits.

· Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and meetings to promote offerings and generate leads.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while prospecting for new ones.

· Conduct regular follow-ups, handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure client satisfaction.

· Prepare and present tailored quotations and proposals based on client requirements.

· Use CRM software to manage the sales cycle, track interactions, and maintain a clean and updated client database.

· Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

· Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.

Membership Sales & Community Engagement

· Establish strong rapport with new and potential members to drive membership sales through referrals.

· Maintain a comprehensive and accurate member database to facilitate communication and promotions.

· Represent Al Forsan’s Food & Beverage department in community events and forums to build awareness and brand presence.

· Assist in planning, organizing, and executing member events to boost engagement and retention.

· Support the coordination of protocol and arrangements for VVIP visits and high-profile guests.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent commercial experience).

· 3–5 years of UAE-based experience in commercial sales, preferably in the food & beverages or Catering industry.

· Proven track record of market development and sales growth.

· Previous experience in a private/semi-private sports or country club with public and membership access is highly preferred.

· Strong understanding of retail marketing and client relationship management.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

· Self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about sales.

· Able to work under pressure in a competitive market.

· Arabic language skills are an advantage.

· Must possess a valid UAE driver’s license and have own vehicle.
