Job Title: Sales Executive – North America & Europe Location: Open / Remote / Hybrid Reporting To: Head of Sales / Sales Director Department: Sales & Business Development Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to develop and grow our business across North American and European markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth while representing the company’s products and solutions to international customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in North America and Europe Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across assigned territories Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and CRM records Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and client meetings Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account growth Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in international markets Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience selling into North American and/or European markets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales cycles Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Willingness to travel internationally as required Preferred Qualifications Experience in Recruitment sales (technology, SaaS, manufacturing, or services – adjust as needed) Existing network of clients or partners in North America or Europe Understanding of cross-cultural sales practices and international business norms Multilingual abilities (European languages are a plus) Key Competencies Strategic thinking and commercial acumen Strong relationship-building skills Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset Adaptability and cultural awareness Excellent time management and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives Opportunities for international exposure and career growth Flexible working environment Supportive, collaborative team culture
