Key Responsibilities

· Conduct tele sales calls to prospective and existing customers, presenting and promoting health insurance products suited to their unique needs.

· Assist customers in selecting suitable health insurance policies by conducting a thorough needs analysis.

· Educate clients on the benefits and features of Health insurance products.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing continuous support and updates regarding their policies.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards during all customer interactions and documentation processes.

· Follow up diligently with potential leads, ensuring a high conversion rate through personalized and effective tele sales techniques.

· Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Desired Candidate

· 2-4 years experience in health insurance sales.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.

· Goal-oriented with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Proficiency in English, additional language skills are a plus.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
