Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and laboratory fit-out sectors

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and project managers

  • Conduct product presentations, technical meetings, and site visits as needed

  • Prepare and submit quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales effectively

  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to ensure project requirements are successfully delivered

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and ongoing project developments

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry

  • Proven experience working with contractors and consultants (mandatory)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

  • Willingness and ability to travel across the UAE for meetings and site visits

What We Offer

  • Salary: AED 3,000 per month

  • Attractive performance-based incentives: AED 10,000 – 15,000
