Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job purpose: Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sales Executive with proven experience in the FMCG sector specialising in high-quality bakery items and beverages. The ideal candidate will play a key role in launching new products, expanding market reach and driving revenue growth across product categories.

This role is based in Dubai and requires a candidate with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to introduce and promote new products in the UAE market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key accounts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align sales campaigns with brand positioning.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and promotional deals with clients and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards for food products.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and promotional events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 5 years of sales experience in the food or FMCG industry within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of product launch strategies and market entry tactics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE retail and distribution networks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic) are a plus.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
