Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive sales strategies for RUA, including sales targets and pricing to align with overall strategic directions.
- Formulate a strategy for sales channels (direct, indirect, digital, offline) and allocate appropriate budgets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns to operationalize the sales strategy and achieve or exceed business objectives.
- Prepare strategic plans and establish sales guidelines and policies tailored to each target segment to maximize revenue and foster sustainable client relationships.
- Establish policies, procedures, and guidelines, and collaborate with sales partners and brokers to surpass sales targets while advancing the overall business objectives of RUA.
- Develop comprehensive guidelines on sales processes, document requirements, and procedures.
- Ensure consistent application across customer interactions and broker engagements to streamline sales operations.
- Oversee the coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper handover of the assets to key buyers/tenants according to processes and legal obligations and proper transfer of tenants contracts if applicable. Ascertain that there s a smooth transition that protects the interests of all stakeholders.
- Identify new value-added business opportunities for sales outsourcing strategy using innovative concepts that can be converted into revenue-generating opportunities in line with business objectives.
- Lead the selection of sales partners and brokers and monitor the implementation of service-level agreements to achieve strategy requirements.
- Negotiate with sales partners and brokers to achieve sales targets in line with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with existing and potential buyers and tenants and provide all necessary support ensuring translation into successful partnerships and profitable commitments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales partners and brokers and nurture business prospects to achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with the Strategic Planning Department to ensure the provision of insights as well as high strategic alignment and coordination of efforts.
- Define annual sales KPIs, set ambitious yet achievable targets, and lead the execution of the sales strategy to meet or exceed these targets.
- Lead the development of action plans to effectively identify sales leads and prospects, particularly in new markets.
- Ensure RUA achieves growth and meets sales targets through effective management and motivation of the sales team.
- Oversee the preparation of compelling sales proposals for prospective clients.
- Implement enhancements to increase the success rate of sales proposals.
- Guide the preparation and implementation of property viewings to attract potential buyers.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all departmental reports meeting RUA's requirements, policies, and quality standards.
- Verify the accuracy and adequacy of pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by the sales team.
- Prepare and distribute relevant reports to management to monitor sales progress and performance against set targets and KPIs.
- Ensure that all departmental reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet RUA requirements, policies, and quality standards.
- Ensure that pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by the sales team are accurate and adequately reported to ensure their reliability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Sales Management, Finance, Law, or any other related field.
- Minimum of 15 plus years of relevant experience.
- Professional certifications or master s degree is preferred
