Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales Executive for Credit Cards is a pivotal role within our dynamic sales team, responsible for driving new customer acquisitions and expanding our credit card user base. This position requires a motivated individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, who can effectively pitch our credit card products to potential customers. As a Sales Executive, you will be expected to identify and engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will play a critical role in achieving our sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and building lasting relationships with clients. Your efforts will contribute directly to the growth and success of the credit card division, making it a rewarding and impactful role.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for credit card products in the market.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's credit card offerings.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with prospective clients to promote credit cards.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for credit card acquisitions and activations.
- Establish and nurture relationships with both individual and corporate clients.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate credit card solutions to meet their needs.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and execute effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting credit card sales.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and competitor products and activities.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills continuously.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of credit card products, features, and benefits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective sales interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite for sales tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
