Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients who require courier and delivery services Present company solutions and negotiate pricing and contracts Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs) Maintain strong relationships with existing customers Conduct market research and understand competitor pricing (J&T, Aramex, Imile, Ajex, etc.) Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and field visits Prepare weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–3 years experience in courier / logistics sales (MANDATORY) Strong communication and negotiation skills Valid UAE driving license preferred Ability to work under targets and pressure Fluent in Arabic and English Good knowledge of UAE market trends and e-commerce landscape
