Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and develop new licensing opportunities across multiple categories. Negotiate and finalize licensing agreements in line with business and brand objectives. Manage and grow relationships with licensees, licensors, and brand partners. Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity. Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing, design, and product development initiatives. Monitor performance of licensees and ensure compliance with contractual terms.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in licensing, sales, or business development within consumer products, entertainment, or brand management. Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Experience working in or with the MENA region is preferred. Based in Dubai.
