Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new clients and market opportunities to promote air freight services in Dubai and across the UAE
- Plan and conduct client meetings to present tailored air freight and logistics solutions
- Achieve assigned sales targets through active business development and account growth
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and new clients
- Develop the client base by leveraging professional networks and industry contacts
- Gather and share market intelligence on customer trends, airline developments, and air freight updates
- Coordinate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction

- Air freight sales and business development

- Market research and competitive analysis
- Sales planning and target achievement
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent spoken and written English
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in air freight sales within the UAE logistics industry
Proven client relationship management skills in the UAE market
Strong knowledge of airline operations, air cargo business, and agent network development
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive sales professional
Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification
UAE driving license is mandatory
