Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Estimator/Coordinator with minimum 5-10 years experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be working with General Trading in the field of Water, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Building Materials, Cement, Marine, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverages etc..


Having a thorough knowledge of pumps, water meters, valves, all types of pipes and related fittings with any trading or manufacturing company involved in electro-mechanical, Oil & Gas, and petrochemicals, water supply, sewage, turnkey construction projects or any trading company specialized in electro mechanical works.


Must have a thorough exposure to the preparation and submission of tenders, quotations and proposals.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Proven experience in Sales or in a related field with degree in Mechanical Engineering

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

* Self-motivated and results-oriented.

* Valid Bahrain driver's license and reliable transportation (although a company car will be provided).

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be prepared to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

- Capacity to work under pressure

- A proactive and resourceful attitude with attention to detail.

- Other duties as assigned by seniors

- Non-smoker

- Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.

- Must be computer literate with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs (MS Excel, MS Word).
