Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements and industry trends to provide insights and implement strategic sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales quotations that showcase company capabilities, addressing client requirements and delivering effective solutions.
  • Follow up with clients and close the sales.
  • Stay updated with industry advancements and competitor offerings, enabling proactive adjustments to sales strategies.
  • Train and mentor junior sales engineers and technical staff, sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma Degree in Mechanical engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales engineering role within the technology sector, showcasing a proven track record in technical sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a significant advantage for diverse markets.
  • Demonstrated soft skills, including strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities to foster client trust.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated to achieve individual sales goals.
  • Proven analytical skills to interpret data and customer feedback, driving strategic decision-making processes.
  • A proactive and adaptable personality, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments while managing multiple client engagements.
