� License: Valid UAE Driving License & Own Car Required

About the Role:

• We’re seeking a proactive Sales Engineer with strong experience in electrical, mechanical, and building materials. This is an outdoor sales role focused on growing our customer base, meeting project sales targets, and strengthening relationships in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Conduct client visits and meetings
• Acquire new customers via visits, calls, and referrals
• Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Resolve customer issues and offer effective solutions
• Follow up on payments (cash and credit collection)
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Fluent in English (Basic Arabic is a plus)
• Proficient in basic computer applications
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory)
