Job Summary:

We are urgently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in the elevator industry (Schindler, Otis, Kone, Mitsubishi, etc.). The ideal candidate should hold an engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering) and have 4–5 years of proven sales experience in the same or similar industry.

A GCC-valid driving license Preferred and excellent communication and negotiation skills are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Conduct site visits, project evaluations, and technical presentations.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable elevator solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with technical teams and ensure smooth project execution.
• Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales within the elevator/lift industry.
• Previous employment with reputed brands like Schindler, Otis, Kone, Mitsubishi, or similar is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Valid GCC driving license is Preferred .
• Ability to join immediately is preferred.
