Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets in the fire protection solutions sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales engineering team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and expand the company s client base within targeted markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of major contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales processes, leveraging technology and best practices to drive efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management in firefighting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies for technical products or solutions.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Experience working in an office-based environment with occasional field visits as required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
