Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed site assessments and analyze customer needs to propose tailored HVAC solutions that maximize efficiency and comfort.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting the value of HVAC systems and addressing client concerns with technical expertise.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs meet customer specifications and regulatory standards while optimizing performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals, ensuring transparency in pricing and clear communication of project timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products, leveraging this knowledge to advise clients on the best solutions available.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage sales pipeline, and report on sales activities and forecasts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field is essential for a solid technical foundation.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related engineering role, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to aid in creating and presenting effective proposals.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
