Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and determine how a product or service can meet those requirements.
• Develop and propose customized technical solutions based on client needs and technical requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that explain complex technical products to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide technical assistance during the sales cycle, including answering technical questions and troubleshooting issues.
• Assist with the technical aspects of contract negotiation, prepare quotes, and work towards achieving sales goals.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction, which can include training and troubleshooting implementation issues.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and other technical teams, such as product development, to ensure customer needs are met and to provide feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Min. 03 years’ experience in related field
• Strong knowledge and background in HVAC is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office i.e. excel, word, etc.
