Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and translate them into feasible solutions that align with the company's offerings.
· Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the technical advantages and ROI of solutions.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and tactics for closing complex sales, leveraging technical expertise to address client concerns.
· Provide post-sale technical support and training to ensure clients are successfully using the products and maximizing their benefits.
· Act as a liaison between clients and the engineering team to communicate feedback and requirements for product improvements.
· Conduct thorough competitive analysis to understand industry trends and position the company's solutions effectively.
· Prepare detailed technical documentation and proposals that clearly articulate the solution architecture and implementation plan.
· Assist in the development of marketing materials that require technical input, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with a strong foundation in both sales and technical concepts.
· Proven track record of 5-10 years in a Sales Engineer role or similar, demonstrating successful client interactions and solution sales.
· Experience in Construction Projects & Project Components
