Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Technical Sales & Solution Development

  • Understand Client Needs Engage with customers to analyze their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Demonstrations Conduct presentations and live demos to showcase product capabilities.
  • Customize Solutions Modify and adapt products/services to meet specific client demands.

2. Sales & Business Development Support

  • Collaborate with Sales Teams Work closely with sales representatives to develop proposals and close deals.
  • Generate Leads & Opportunities Identify potential customers and provide technical insights to drive sales.
  • Support Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Assist in technical discussions before purchase and provide support after implementation.

3. Product & Market Knowledge

  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends Keep up with technological advancements and competitor offerings.
  • Understand Product Features Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications and applications.
  • Conduct Market Research Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build & Maintain Client Relationships Develop trust with customers by providing technical guidance and support.
  • Address Technical Queries Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients.
  • Troubleshoot Issues Assist customers in resolving product-related problems.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare Sales Reports & Documentation Maintain records of client interactions and sales progress.
  • Develop Proposals & Contracts Create detailed proposals, quotes, and agreements.
  • Provide Training & Support Educate clients and internal teams on product usage and best practices.
