Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fabrication services (e.g., structural steel, piping, skids, tanks, modular units).
- Meet with clients (contractors, consultants, project owners) to understand technical requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in coordination with estimation and engineering teams.
- Follow up on submitted quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals in line with company targets.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including product presentations, site visits, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a strong understanding of fabrication processes, production capabilities, and industry standards.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends, project developments, and competitor activities within KSA and the GCC.
- Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, production) to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
- Ensure strict adherence to company procedures.
- Any additional responsibility assigned by the General Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
- 10 years of sales experience in the fabrication, steel, or industrial manufacturing sector in the Gulf region.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (e.g., structural steel, modular fabrication, piping, tanks, or pressure vessels).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar is a plus.
