Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop strong and professional relationships with customers operations, commercial, technical, and purchasing personnel to build long-term partnerships.
  • Assist in identifying product applications in additional market sectors, including specific projects in assigned regions.
  • Utilize knowledge of market potential, applications, and distribution channels to support top management with effective pricing strategies and product positioning.
  • Develop account sales to meet company targets by actively participating in sales meetings and other scheduled events.
  • Compile and analyze market information to validate sales targets and profit margins (in coordination with the Sales Manager).
  • Negotiate agreements with customers to maximize unit selling prices and profitability, providing technical support for purchase-related inquiries.
  • Oversee the sales of cement and other building materials within the region through trader networks and direct sales.
  • Collaborate across departments (Operations, Finance, etc.) to provide comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Manage customer expectations related to product ordering, delivery processes, credit agreements, and payment terms, while supporting account receivables.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a sales engineer in building material or similar role.
  • Min of 5 years of experience after graduation (at least 2 years in sales)
  • BSc/BA in civil or architectural engineering.
