Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the industrial refrigeration sector, with a focus on oil & gas applications and ammonia refrigeration systems. The role combines technical expertise with sales intelligence to deliver competitive solutions that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in tenders and bids, evaluating specifications and proposing cost-effective refrigeration solutions.
  • Conduct heat load calculations and select suitable refrigeration equipment (compressors, condensers, vessels, evaporators, pumps, etc.).
  • Prepare accurate turnkey cost estimates, quotations, and preliminary design concepts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to track and convert opportunities, ensuring technically and commercially competitive proposals.
  • Gather and apply market and competitor intelligence to strengthen positioning and identify new business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 5 years experience in industrial refrigeration, with proven expertise in ammonia systems (for industrial refrigeration) and oil & gas projects.
  • Strong understanding of API standards, ASHRAE standards, heat load calculations, and P&IDs.
  • Bachelor’s of Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical or related).
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, AutoCAD, and Visio.
  • Excellent communication in English.
