Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the industrial refrigeration sector, with a focus on oil & gas applications and ammonia refrigeration systems. The role combines technical expertise with sales intelligence to deliver competitive solutions that meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in tenders and bids, evaluating specifications and proposing cost-effective refrigeration solutions.
- Conduct heat load calculations and select suitable refrigeration equipment (compressors, condensers, vessels, evaporators, pumps, etc.).
- Prepare accurate turnkey cost estimates, quotations, and preliminary design concepts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to track and convert opportunities, ensuring technically and commercially competitive proposals.
- Gather and apply market and competitor intelligence to strengthen positioning and identify new business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years experience in industrial refrigeration, with proven expertise in ammonia systems (for industrial refrigeration) and oil & gas projects.
- Strong understanding of API standards, ASHRAE standards, heat load calculations, and P&IDs.
- Bachelor’s of Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical or related).
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, AutoCAD, and Visio.
- Excellent communication in English.
