Position Overview
Al-Futtaim is hiring a Sales Engineer in Dubai to drive sales of LG brand HVAC systems, including ducted units, splits, package systems, and VRF solutions. The role focuses on generating enquiries, building client networks, achieving sales targets, and providing technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle. This position requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and an established network in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and gross margin targets through proactive business development
* Generate and follow up on enquiries to maintain an order booking strike rate of 15 20%
* Conduct technical design reviews and prepare accurate sales offers for customers
* Negotiate contracts, manage credit approval processes, and follow up on collections
* Develop new customers each month and expand dealer and contractor networks
* Perform market research to identify opportunities and evaluate client needs
* Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and dealers
* Gather competitor intelligence on pricing, products, and technical capabilities
* Maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of HVAC products including VRF, ducted systems, chillers, and related equipment
* Ensure accurate sales and project records in line with ISO standards
* Work closely with internal project and support teams to align on business goals
* Represent Al-Futtaim professionally at industry events and client meetings
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
* 5 7 years of experience in HVAC sales with a strong track record in the UAE market
* Established network with consultants, developers, contractors, and dealer partners in Dubai and Northern Emirates
* Knowledge of VRF, ducted splits, package units, AHUs, FCUs, and chillers
* Familiarity with HVAC software tools for system selection (VRF, AHU, Chillers) is an advantage
* Excellent sales, negotiation, and commercial skills
* Strong presentation and communication abilities in English (Arabic is an advantage)
* Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Valid UAE driving license required
* Customer-focused, proactive, results-driven, and able to innovate new strategies
