Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance knowledge of water treatment techniques within the hospitality sector (Hotels), including applications for boilers, pre-heaters, heat exchangers, chillers, swimming pools, chemical requirements, and related systems.
- Assist customers in applying GIG products and solutions through direct engagement and technical support.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve individual and regional sales targets, driving opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Analyze and interpret commercial and technical requirements to deliver tailored proposals and respond effectively to RFQs/RFPs.
- Monitor, analyze, and report customer interactions and data across the lifecycle to support retention and foster revenue growth.
- Contribute to the development of company sales and marketing strategies within the assigned market.
- Apply and reinforce sales policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective customer treatment.
- Participate in water treatment marketing initiatives, sales activities, technical meetings, industry associations, and conferences; deliver technical and commercial presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Identify, evaluate, and improve marketing and sales processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Travel locally and internationally within assigned sales territories.
- Complete client maintenance work orders promptly in accordance with operating procedures.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks within the defined scope of work.
- Respond quickly and effectively to client maintenance requests and service calls.
- Share expertise by training and mentoring other staff members to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Chemical Engineering Degree holder with good computer skills and MS product suites,
- 3-6 Years as a Chemical Sales Engineer in Abu Dhabi
- Working experience in Industrial maintenance, water treatment units and components, etc. is preferrable.
- Good Knowledge of UAE markets and flair to sell chemicals and Water treatment products and services.
