Roles & Responsibilities

- Role & responsibilities


  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for chiller products based on customer requirements, tender documents, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Sourcing, and Finance teams to ensure accurate costing, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain records of offers customer communications, price lists, and technical documents.
  • Support Product Selection and Cooling Load calculations using internal tools/software when required.
  • Review tender specifications, prepare compliance statements, and submit required technical submittals.
  • Processing of Sales Order SAP.
  • Coordinate with Factory Sales Team for order processing and unit deliveries.
  • Coordination with Project & service team on the site related activities
  • Track ongoing offers and assist sales engineers to close orders.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and monthly sales support documents.
  • Provide back-office coordination for order booking, approvals, and internal workflow processes.

Support marketing and customer engagement activities, including product presentations and brochures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field preferred
  • 3 to 5 years experience in HVAC / Chiller / Air Conditioning industry in Sales Support, Pre-Sales or Technical support role with good understanding of HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and related components.
