Sales Director - Private Office - International Residential Development Sales - MENA


JLL is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Private Office Sales Director to join our market-leading International Residential Sales team in Dubai. This exciting role sits within our Private Office division, supporting the international property needs of UHNW clients and purchasers across the GCC region.


Due to a growing client base and increasing demand, we are creating a new role and looking for an experienced, self motivated and driven sales professional to establish a new Private office role in this key market.


About the Role

As Private Office Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving international residential property sales by engaging with UHNW individuals, private family offices, and key stakeholders across the MENA region. You will work closely with JLL s Wealth team, London-based teams, and our global residential network to deliver strategic sales and marketing campaigns for high-end developments. This role requires seamless cross-border collaboration and managing operations across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities for the role:

Drive international residential development sales to UHNW clients in the GCC region.

Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for the MENA market.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with private clients, family offices, and wealth advisors.

Collaborate with global teams to align on marketing strategies and product launches.

Manage and grow a network of JLL partnership agents across the GCC.

Organise and represent JLL at exclusive sales events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and revenue targets to the residential leadership.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall growth of the residential sales platform.

Maintain a deep understanding of market trends across key global and regional residential markets.


Key attributes for the role:

Minimum 5 years experience in international residential development sales.

Proven leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams.

Track record of delivering successful sales campaigns across global markets.

Strong network and understanding of the UHNW and private wealth landscape in the GCC.

In-depth knowledge of international residential markets.

Background in real estate development sales.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Commercially astute, results-driven, and data-oriented.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-time-zone environment.

Culturally aware and experienced in working with clients from the GCC region.

Willingness to travel within the GCC and occasionally internationally.
