Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Business strategy:

  • Define and deploy the commercial strategy in line with the company's objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities in the DD market and other relevant segments.

Business development:

  • D. Develop the client and prospect portfolio.
  • Implement prospecting and customer loyalty initiatives.
  • Optimize sales performance and sales quality.

Breakdown of the client portfolio:

  • Ensure a balanced distribution of clients among members of the sales team according to segments, geographical areas or types of clients.
  • Regularly re-evaluate the distribution to maximize market coverage and sales performance.

Management :

  • Manage, train and motivate the sales team.
  • Monitor individual and team performances.

Monitoring and management:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), budget and sales forecasts.
  • Analyze the results and propose corrective actions.

Internal coordination:

  • Working closely with Production, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure consistency of commercial and operational actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education : Bac+4/5 in Business, Marketing or Management.

  • Experience : 8-12 years in a managerial sales role, ideally in an industrial environment.

Comp tences :

  • Mastery of commercial strategy and complex sales.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation and client portfolio management.
  • Capacity manager, train and motivate a team.
  • Analytical skills, rigor and results-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
