Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a young, dynamic, forward-thinking Salesperson who will help the Partners / Sales team build a solid client base in the MENA Region.
The candidate will focus on generating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the Consultancy services within culture transformation, Learning/Training & Development, Assessment Centers and Executive Coaching.
- Identify & qualify potential clients through various channels: online research, social media, networking events & inbound inquiries.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospects via cold calls, emails & social media to introduce various services.
- Perform thorough research & build a database of clients.
- Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material & other documents.
- Manage the team s LinkedIn Sales Navigator Strategy.
- Implement effective marketing / sales techniques to promote company products - Outreach Program: Email, LinkedIn, Calls etc.
- Set up meetings between qualified leads & Senior Sales team members for further discussions & closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and progress in the CRM.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status & key performance metrics.
- Ensure timely follow-up with all prospects & nurture relationships to convert them into active clients on the platform.
- Execute other assignments / relevant tasks, as requested by Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
University degree in related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills, time management & follow up. Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Team spirit, creative, positive attitude & ethos. Experienced with Prospecting Tools, Outreach Software, CRM Software, Social Media & MS Office.
