Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for teaming with our senior sales teams to uncover opportunities from inbound enquiries whilst managing a mini quota to close deals within a defined territory.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Qualify prospects and generate new businesses with customers within the company s sales cycle.
  • Schedule potential customers for meetings with sales executives team members
  • follow up and track progress on previously scheduled sales leads.
  • Use Daftar's CRM (HubSpot) to utilize & record documents, notes and sales activities as per the sales cycle.
  • Pursue additional business development opportunities in the field.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1 - 2 years' sales experience.
  • Prior experience with Hubspot CRM is preferable.
  • POS or Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience is preferable.
  • Good Customer Handling skills.
  • Excellent presentation & communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Very Good command of English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented environment.
  • Problem solver.
