Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) services. The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building client pipelines, and supporting the sales team in closing business opportunities within the engineering and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients (contractors, consultants, developers, government bodies) for BIM services.
  • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, meetings, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings/demos for the Business Development team.
  • Understand BIM solutions (3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D) and effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and BIM technical team to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Track market intelligence, competitor activities, and project opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in sales or lead generation (preferably in BIM/Engineering/Construction services).
  • Strong understanding of BIM concepts and workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Based in Qatar
  • Bilingual (English + Arabic) is an advantage.
  • Driving License is an advantage.
