Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales Development Manager plays a vital role in driving the growth of our brands through kiosks, pop-ups, and consignment partnerships. As a front-facing representative, you ll be responsible for securing new retail opportunities, managing existing operations, and building strong relationships that maximize our market presence.
What You ll Do
- Identify and secure new retail opportunities across kiosks, pop-ups, and consignment partnerships.
- Oversee day-to-day kiosk operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales, staffing, and customer experience.
- Manage consignment accounts, including stock monitoring, replenishment, pricing, and payment follow-ups.
- Negotiate and onboard new retail and consignment opportunities, ensuring favorable commercial terms.
- Ensure merchandising standards and brand guidelines are consistently implemented.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights to optimize growth.
- Deliver regular reporting on retail and consignment performance, including competitor activity.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in retail operations, kiosk/consignment management, or channel development.
- Strong network within malls, retail facilities, or hospitality operators is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Presentable, highly communicative, and skilled in influencing decision-makers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple retail formats.
- Experience in B2B or corporate sales is a strong advantage.
