Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Pipeline Growth
Identify and develop new opportunities through outbound prospecting and creative outreach
Nurture inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
Analyze customer needs and position Altivate s solutions effectively
Sales Execution
Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from discovery to close
Prepare proposals and deliver engaging online presentations or product demos
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to align strategies
Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure client success
Use LinkedIn and other tools for outreach and engagement
Product Knowledge
Develop strong understanding of Altivate s portfolio
Translate business value into client success stories
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 1 to 4 years in B2B sales or lead generation
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Skilled in managing pipelines with CRM tools
Strong proficiency in both English and Arabic, written and spoken
Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new technologies
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Resilient and motivated to succeed even when facing challenges
Creative problem-solver with a solutions-focused mindset
Organized and able to prioritize effectively
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships
Curious, ambitious, and eager to continuously improve sales techniques
