Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Sales Designer to join our team in the building materials industry such as such as carpets, sanitary, tiles, and bathroom accessories, The ideal candidate will combine sales expertise with design skills to provide customized solutions for our clients, helping them visualize and select the right materials for their projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their design needs and project requirements, providing expert advice on building materials.

- Design Development: Create design concepts and presentations using CAD software or design tools, showcasing product options and layouts.

- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in developing proposals and quotations that align with client specifications.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of our building materials and their applications to effectively communicate benefits to clients.

- Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and project alignment.

- Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations to provide clients with the best options available.

Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, design, or a related field, preferably in building materials.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred.

Skills:

- Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge: Understanding of building materials, construction processes, and design principles.
