Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Service Coordination:

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and prompt responses.
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline service processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary changes to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference and analysis.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to uphold service standards and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service.
  • Analyze service metrics to identify trends and propose actionable improvements.
  • Assist in the development of customer service training materials tailored to team needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales & customer service or coordination roles, showcasing a proven track record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge in customer service principles.
  • Certification in Customer Service Excellence or similar credentials, highlighting commitment to professional development.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in retail or technology sectors, indicating adaptability.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other languages), enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, for efficient task execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating clear and effective customer interactions.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, allowing for quick, effective resolutions to customer concerns.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic setting.
  • A positive attitude and resilience, reflecting the ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism.
