Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Pre-Qualification Support • Prepare, compile, and submit pre-qualification (PQ) documents, vendor registrations, and client questionnaires. • Maintain and update company credentials, project references, certifications, brochures, and compliance documents. • Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Finance) to collect required inputs for PQs and tenders. • Track submission deadlines and follow up with clients on PQ status. Sales Coordination • Support the Sales Team with RFQ documentation, clarifications, and administrative follow-ups. • Maintain sales trackers, bid logs, and CRM records. • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client communications. • Coordinate meetings, MOMs, and internal follow-ups related to sales activities. Marketing & Business Development Support • Assist with basic marketing activities, including updating company brochures, presentations, and website content (coordination only, not design-heavy). • Support participation in exhibitions, client visits, and industry events. • Maintain a database of clients, consultants, licensors, and EPC partners. General Administration • Maintain organized digital filing systems for sales and marketing documents. • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of commercial and technical information. • Provide general administrative support to the Sales & BD team as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Prior experience handling pre-qualification documents is highly preferred. • Familiarity with EPC sales processes and industrial clients is an advantage. • Strong documentation, coordination, and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal English communication (Arabic is a plus). • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Professional communication skills for dealing with clients and internal stakeholders.
