Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the sales database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness to support effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, appointments, and presentations, optimizing the sales team's time and productivity.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals, tailoring content to meet specific client needs and objectives.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing exceptional customer service and fostering client loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure cohesive sales efforts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report generation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 2 to 10 years in Marine, Shipping, freight forwarding and experience from Ship Chandlers or the Marine Industry preferred.
