Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage showroom inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and visually appealing product displays to maximize sales.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with the warehouse and delivery teams for timely fulfillment.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, assisting them in selecting building materials that meet their needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively seek new business opportunities within the building materials sector.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve showroom goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the building materials or construction industry.
  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of building materials, including their applications and specifications.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
