Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Email Administration & Sales Support:
-
Working knowledge of outbound sales benchmarks (e.g., reply rates, conversion rates, meeting booking rates) and ability to set realistic expectations based on experience.

Assist with outbound email outreach to a targeted buyer persona, using existing and building account lists to identify prospects.
-
Draft personalized emails and use AI tools (e.g., GPT, Claude) to customize and optimize outreach efforts.
-
Follow up with leads in a timely manner, ensuring that the top of the sales funnel remains active and healthy.

Help track and manage email responses, ensuring all prospects are nurtured appropriately.
Pipeline Management & Organization:
-
Keep track of leads and sales activities, ensuring data is accurately recorded in Google Sheets.
-
Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline, ensuring that no leads are overlooked.
-
Ensure high attention to detail in managing data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
Collaboration with Founder:
-
Work closely with the founder to ensure they have the necessary information and support to close deals.
-
Provide timely updates and reports on the progress of the sales pipeline.
Follow-Up Management:
-
Stay on top of follow-ups with leads, ensuring that responses are tracked and acted upon in a timely manner.

Proactively reach out to leads who haven t responded, ensuring continuous engagement and nurturing.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills:
-
2+ years of experience in sales development, sales support, or similar roles.
-
Strong email communication skills, with an excellent command of written English.

Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., GPT, Claude) to customize and optimize sales outreach.

Experience with organizing and maintaining sales data in tools like Google Sheets.
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Highly organized, with the ability to keep track of multiple tasks and maintain an accurate pipeline.

Proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring that no lead is overlooked.

What Success Looks Like:

Demonstrates understanding of realistic outbound performance metrics (e.g., 3 10% reply rates depending on industry/offer) and uses this knowledge to keep the pipeline healthy.

Consistently meeting follow-up targets and ensuring that the sales pipeline remains healthy.

Accurate and organized tracking of leads and sales activities.

Positive feedback from the founder regarding the quality of support and organization provided.
