Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Conduct consultations with clients (architects, contractors, designers, homeowners) to understand their lighting needs and project requirements.
Utilize AutoCAD software to analyze lighting plans and specifications, determining the appropriate lighting fixtures and quantities for each project.
Prepare detailed and competitive quotes, including product specifications, pricing, and labor estimations.
Present lighting solutions to clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features of various products.
Follow up with clients to address their questions and concerns, ensuring a smooth sales process.
Maintain accurate customer records and project details.
Stay up-to-date on the latest lighting technologies, trends, and energy-efficient solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (purchasing, engineering) to ensure project fulfillment.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and company growth objectives.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in lighting sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of various lighting fixtures, applications, and technologies (LED, incandescent, etc.).
Proficiency in AutoCAD software for lighting design and plan analysis.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and develop trust.
Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding expectations.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
