Roles & Responsibilities

To play a key role in supporting the end-to-end sales and client onboarding process by serving as the central link between BLAs, clients, Compliance, Marketing, and Client Servicing. The role ensures accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and smooth coordination across departments, while managing leads, CRM tasks, and progress tracking to deliver efficient, client-focused onboarding experience.
