Sales Coordinator DRUK Recruitment & Realty

Job Objective:

We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Coordinator with prior experience in the fabrics, upholstery, or interiors-related industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, generating in-house sales leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Attend and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and order processing.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with in-house clients and walk-in customers.

· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

· Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and related documentation.

· Handle phone/email inquiries and follow up with clients to close sales.

· Support the sales team in daily operations and contribute to achieving overall sales targets.

Requirements

· Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.

· Experience: 2–3 years of relevant sales/coordinator experience in the fabrics, upholstery, or interiors-related industry.

· Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory).

· Spouse sponsorship: Candidates preferred
